Frequently asked questions
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes, per meeting. Each call is recorded and transcribed in Arabic or English and labelled with its language. Arabic transcript lines read right to left; the player clock stays left to right.
Do I have to invite the bot to every meeting?
No. Once your MeetriX workspace is bound to Ishara, every recorded meeting the team shares arrives on its own, matched by email to the people on the call.
Who can hear a call?
Whoever the call's visibility policy admits: Only me, People on this call, My team, or Everyone. A workspace default applies to new calls, and the check runs again before each playback.
How long are recordings kept?
As long as your admin sets. Recordings, transcripts and machine-written notes older than the window are removed on schedule; the call itself and any notes people wrote stay on the record.
