Watch

Watch a buyer, watch a rival, read what changed

Buyers and suppliers sit on separate tabs, because what your customer is buying and what your competitor is winning are different questions. Watch either from wherever you meet it.

1 · Watch

One click on a directory row, a dossier or a row on the recompete radar.

2 · Read

Published tenders, moved dates, awards, wins and losses collect as a dated feed, by day, on the watchlist and in a lane on Today.

3 · Act

Open the tender, track it into a bid pipeline, or put its closing date on the team calendar.

Dossiers

Two files to open before every bid/no-bid meeting

The buyer file says how a ministry buys. The supplier file says how a rival wins. Each carries a Changes tab reading 90 days back.

The buyer file

Tenders, open now, awarded value, average bidders against the market median, single-bid share and direct-agreement share, then awards by year and the suppliers it keeps buying from. Add its open tenders to your pipeline in one click.

The competitor file

Wins, bids, win rate, awarded value and buyers served, with every tender it bid on marked won or lost. The co-bidder list shows who it teams with, which is also where you find the local partner your consortium is missing.

Frequently asked questions

Where do I read what changed?

In three places: the watchlist, which reads 30 days by day across everything you watch; the Today lane, which shows the last 14 days of changes on the front door; and the Changes tab on any buyer or supplier dossier, which reads 90 days for that one body.

Can I watch a supplier, not only a buyer?

Yes. Watched suppliers sit on their own tab and carry bids, wins and won value. Their feed shows what they bid on, what they won and what they lost, and their dossier lists the companies that bid alongside them.

Does the calendar work with the one my team uses?

Yes. Closing dates and envelope openings show by week or month, keep your buyer and status filters, and export as whole-day events that update in place when you export again.
