Your organisation's knowledge,
ready for people and agents.

Ishara connects your teams' email, meetings, WhatsApp Business conversations, files and CRM records with investors, companies and government tenders, under your access rules, and gives your agents permissioned access through the API. Scoped with your team.

What an organisation gets

One knowledge layer for every team,
and every agent you run.

Ishara joins the market outside with what your teams already know, then gives people, models and agents the same context, each under the access they have been given.

Private context across the organisation

Email from Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, meetings and calls in Arabic and English, WhatsApp Business conversations, files and CRM records, resolved into people, decisions and next steps. Each thread and call keeps its own visibility, and replies are drafted from that history for a person to approve.

Private context

Agent access at scale

The Context API and Object API give your models and agents the same context, one scoped key per agent or integration, every read logged with its purpose, and changes wait as proposals for a person to approve by default. An MCP server is available on request.

Agent access

The market already inside

40,000+ investors and funds, 38,000+ government tenders from Qatar, the UAE (federal and Ajman), Bahrain and Oman, and 17M companies covered, beside your teams' own context.

Market intelligence

Coverage scoped to your work

The markets, sectors and buyers your teams follow, and the signals each team needs to hear about, set up with you.

Signals

Onboarding with our team

Records, owners and notes brought in from your current CRM or spreadsheets, roles and access rules set with your admins, and teams invited when their part is ready.

Imports

A security review that gets answers

Clear answers to the questions a review asks first, below, and your questionnaire answered in writing.

Security and trust

For government-facing divisions

The bid desk, for every pursuit your teams run

From the official procurement portals of Qatar, the UAE (federal and Ajman), Bahrain and Oman, with new tenders every day. A division that sells to government reads each buyer's record and, where bids are published, what won and at what price, then runs every pursuit on one bid desk on the buyer's clock.

  • Today: what needs you, what fits and what closes by day.
  • Triage each tender to Track, or Not for us.
  • A decision bar on the buyer's clock, counting the working week and expected Hijri holidays.
  • Should we bid?: the price guide and likely competitors where bids are published.
  • Ishara reads public notices from official portals. It does not submit bids or give anyone special access: you bid through the portal as you always do.

Security answers

The questions your security review asks first

Is our data used to train models?

Your private context is supplied at the moment of a request and is never used to train models.

Who can see what?

Each workspace is isolated in the database itself. Four roles, from owner to viewer, decide what members can do, and every email thread and call carries its own visibility: only me, the people on it, my team, or everyone.

What can agents reach?

Only what the key's owner can see, narrowed by its scopes. Agents propose changes, a person applies them, and an administrator can switch context sharing off for the whole workspace.

Does WhatsApp mean personal chats?

No. An admin connects your WhatsApp Business account. Ishara brings in its business conversations, never personal chats.

Where does our data live?

On Ishara's own dedicated database stack, separate from other Lisan products, with TLS on every connection and nightly backups. The hosting region and the sub-processor list are available on request.

Can we leave with our data?

Yes. Every view exports to CSV and the whole workspace exports to a spreadsheet. Nothing is deleted when a plan ends, and there is no exit fee.

Every control is on the security and trust page. Questionnaires and specific questions go to our team by email.

Rollout

From walkthrough to working teams, in three steps

Ishara is in early access. For an organisation, it starts with a conversation about your teams and your rules, before anyone connects a mailbox.

  1. Scope it together

A walkthrough with your team: the markets you work in, the teams who will use Ishara, the systems you run today and the questions your security review asks.

  2. Connect, under your rules

Your admins set roles and access rules first, then connect mailboxes and calendars, a WhatsApp Business account and your CRM records and files.

  3. Open it to teams and agents

Invite each team when its part is ready, issue scoped keys for your agents and integrations, and decide what an agent may propose.

Arabic and English

Built for teams that work in both languages

Ishara is bilingual from sign-in to the last screen, with right-to-left layout done properly. Each person chooses their language, and the context underneath stays the same.

  • The whole app, onboarding and sign-in in Arabic and English.
  • Calls transcribed and summarised in Arabic and English.
  • Arabic and English names matched to the same person.
  • Government tenders read in either language with one switch.
  • Walkthroughs and onboarding with our team in Arabic or English. إشارة بالعربية

The Enterprise plan

Scoped with your team

Enterprise is priced around your organisation: the teams and seats, the markets you follow, the sources you connect and how your agents use the context. We scope it with you in the walkthrough.

  • Private context across the organisation, under your access rules
  • Agent access through the API at organisation scale, with an MCP server on request
  • Deployment, sign-in and data-handling requirements reviewed with your team
  • Invoice and purchase order in SAR, AED or USD, with a bilingual contract
  • Onboarding, migration, a security review and dedicated support

Teams that start smaller open on the Free plan, and our team arranges Pro at $12 or Business at $39 per seat per month ($10 and $32.50 billed yearly), at early-access prices kept for 12 months for workspaces that pay before 15 March 2027. Prices exclude VAT. Compare the plans.

Frequently asked questions

How is Enterprise priced?

It is scoped with your team: seats, markets, connected sources and agent use. Smaller teams open on Free and move to Pro ($12) or Business ($39 per seat per month), arranged with our team, at early-access prices kept for 12 months for workspaces that pay before 15 March 2027.

Which agents can connect?

Any system that can send an HTTPS request can call the API, and an MCP server is available on request. Each connection uses its own scoped key and sees only what the key's owner can see.

Does Ishara work in Arabic?

Yes. The interface runs in Arabic and English, right to left in Arabic, with Arabic name handling; calls are transcribed in both, and walkthroughs run in either language.

Will you answer our security questionnaire?

Yes. Send it to support@lisan.com and we answer it for your team.

How do we get started?

Request a walkthrough and we scope the rollout with you. Ishara opens in waves from the waiting list, and a work email reserves $50 in credit.
