The service
Ishara is a deal-intelligence CRM provided by LISAN AI - FZE as part of the Lisan platform, on the web and in the Lisan desktop app. It combines a flexible object CRM (companies, people, deals, and custom objects), pipelines, two-way record email for Gmail and Outlook, an investor directory with explained matching, government tender intelligence with Qatar live today and a coverage model spanning Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, and the UAE, call intelligence through MeetriX bots, AI features gated by a human review queue, automations, and analytics. By creating an account or using Ishara you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for the people you invite into a workspace, for the third-party accounts you choose to connect, and for keeping access to your email account secure. You must have the authority to connect any mailbox you connect and to manage the records of any workspace you administer.
Acceptable use
Do not use Ishara to:
- store or process data you have no right to hold;
- send unlawful or unsolicited bulk email through a connected mailbox, or work around suppression: the product checks recorded opt-outs before every send, and they stand;
- record a call without the consent required where its participants are located;
- attempt to access other customers' workspaces or probe the service for vulnerabilities outside responsible disclosure (see Security);
- scrape or bulk-extract the service or its reference directories for republication (exporting your own data is always allowed);
- break the law, including privacy and procurement laws that apply to your work.
We may suspend accounts that put the service, other customers, or the people described in the directories at risk. Where practical, we will warn you first.
Reference data ground rules
The investor directory and the tender corpus are reference information compiled from public sources. Public records change and portals amend their own pages, so the issuing government portal remains the authoritative source for any tender, and you should verify material facts before relying on them in a bid or an outreach. Directory values are provenance-labelled so you can see where each one came from, and self-declared claims are kept separate from independently sourced facts; none of this is a guarantee of accuracy or of any outcome. The directories are licensed to you for use inside Ishara, not for republication; the records and notes you build on top of them are yours.
Subscriptions and payment
Ishara is in early access. The current plans are Free; Pro at $12 per seat per month; Business at $39 per seat per month; and Enterprise on custom terms (contact us). Plans and limits may evolve during early access. For a paid plan, the price, currency, billing period, and included features are those shown at checkout when you subscribe, and we will not retroactively change a period you have already paid for. Fees are charged in advance for each billing period and are exclusive of taxes: where tax applies it is added, and where you must withhold or self-account for tax you remain responsible for it. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers. If an order or signed agreement conflicts with these general terms on a commercial point, that document controls for that point.
Renewal, cancellation, and what happens after
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for that plan, unless cancelled before the period ends. You can cancel at any time from your workspace settings or by writing to support@lisan.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal; paid features run to the end of the period you already paid for, and we do not pro-rate part-used periods. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or where we agree otherwise in writing, for example a billing error on our side or a material failure we cannot remedy.
What happens to your workspace when a paid plan ends. Nothing is deleted. The workspace reverts to the free plan: your records, files, email threads, and call history stay in place and stay readable, and exports stay available so you can take your data with you. Free-plan limits apply to new records from that point. There is no exit fee and no ransom on your own data.
Your data stays yours
You keep all rights to the records, files, email, and call content in your workspace. We take only the limited licence needed to store, display, and process that content to run the service for you. The reference directories remain ours, as described above; your annotations, records, and pipelines built on them are yours.
Disclaimers, read this part
Ishara is software, not advice. Nothing in the product, including match scores, benchmarks, prep briefs, and AI answers, is legal, financial, investment, or bidding advice.
- Reference data can lag or contain errors. It is compiled from public sources on their own schedules. Verify material facts against the issuing portal or the person concerned before acting.
- Benchmarks reflect published bid tables. Bid statistics exist only where portals publish bidder tables, and sample sizes vary by market; the product shows them honestly, and you should weigh them accordingly.
- AI outputs are suggestions. Research answers carry citations and nothing writes to a record until a human accepts it in the review queue, but you remain responsible for what you accept, send, and bid.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
Service changes and termination
We may add, change, or retire features as the product develops. For a material reduction to a paid service, we will provide notice where reasonably practical. You may stop using Ishara at any time and may request account deletion. We may terminate access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, a security risk, or a legal requirement; where practical, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to export supported data first.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LISAN AI - FZE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of Ishara, including reliance on reference data or on a lost bid or raise. Our total aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing framework
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to LISAN AI - FZE in its jurisdiction of registration, and disputes will be resolved in the competent courts or tribunals of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law gives you additional protections that apply regardless.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be flagged with an updated effective date. Questions about these terms: support@lisan.com or the contact page.
