The wall

Everything your team already uses

Mail, calls, data and the tools you build with, grouped by the job they do. Each one lands on the record it belongs to.

On the record

What each connection gives you

Connect a mailbox and every thread finds its company, person or deal. Record a meeting and the transcript and insights land beside the emails.

Mail on the record

Gmail and Microsoft 365, two-way. Read and reply on record threads, send from the composer with templates, scheduled sends and signatures. Inside email.

Meetings, transcribed

A MeetriX bot joins the meeting in Arabic or English and returns a speaker-resolved transcript, playback and insights to the record. Inside call intelligence.

Records that fill themselves in

Logos, domains, descriptions and colours arrive as companies are created or imported, under a rule you set. AI you approve before it writes anything.

Automate in any direction

Signed webhooks fire on any change. Zapier, Make or any script creates deals, moves stages and logs activity through inbound actions. The developer page.

Platform

One app in the Lisan platform

Ishara runs in the browser and in the Lisan desktop app, beside the platform's own tools.

The Lisan desktop app

A desktop window with auto-update. Mailbox sign-in completes inside the app.

NoteX notes on records

Notes on a record are NoteX pages: the same editor, kept where the context is.

CalendarX booking links

Drop a booking link into the email composer; the meeting lands on the record.

SignX signatures on quotes

Send for signature renders the quote PDF and collects the signature; the completed document mirrors back to the deal.

Bringing a book from another system is on imports; how each connection is secured is on the security page. Mail and calendar connections are on every plan; automations, webhooks and API keys are on Pro at $12 per seat per month. See the plans.

Frequently asked questions

How do I connect Zapier or Make?

Through inbound actions with a write-scoped API key: create or update a deal, move a stage, create a contact or log an activity from any HTTP client. The product carries step-by-step guides for both, and outbound webhooks fire the other way, signed.

Does Outlook sync mail and calendar?

Yes. Mail comes through the Microsoft 365 mailbox connection, two-way, with threads on records. Calendar and contacts come through the Outlook connection into deal activities and People, with a rule for who wins when both sides changed.

Do you expose tender data by API?

The API covers your own records: Companies, People, Deals and the objects you create. Tender intelligence is read inside the product.

Where is the API documented?

In the app, beside the keys: endpoints with example requests and replies, the rate limit on your key and its request log. The developer page on this site summarises the surface, including the REST API over the objects you create.

Connect the mailbox. The rest follows.
